Moogie is a Brazilian sound engineer who built his career in the Los Angeles, California area. In recent years he has also worked as a producer on major albums. Brazilian by origin but with strong experience in the U.S., Mexican, and Brazilian markets, he worked with Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Diana Ross, Tom Jobim, Sergio Mendes, Luis Miguel, Caetano Veloso, and Ivan Lins, among others.

Moogie has won 10 GRAMMYs and 2 Emmys, is a founder and Board member of the Latin Recording Academy, and served as Chair of the Producers & Engineers Circle.
