What is Incurator?
Incurator is a music career platform for independent and emerging artists. It combines Artist DNA profiles, AI-supported tools, Music Mentors, and the Music Funnel.
What is the Music Funnel?
The Music Funnel is Incurator's merit-based discovery program. Artists build their profile and use the platform; Music Mentors review talent, fit, and progress. If selected, next steps can include feedback, development support, and success-based opportunities without upfront cost.
How can I join the Music Funnel?
Sign up, complete onboarding, and build your Artist DNA. Artists on free or paid plans can be considered. Selection is based on merit and potential; contact support@incurator.io with questions.
What are Music Mentors?
Music Mentors are experienced producers, songwriters, engineers, and business leaders who provide feedback, strategy, and career guidance for emerging artists.
Can I get Mentor support without using the Music Funnel?
Yes. Pro includes two monthly Music Mentor sessions when available. These sessions can support strategy, career planning, and feedback outside the Music Funnel.
Are Music Mentors available in all plans?
Music Funnel consideration is available across plans. Dedicated Music Mentor sessions are part of the Pro plan when available.
What features are included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes basic community access, limited resources, and ads. We may update free-plan features or charges with prior notice.
Can I get a custom plan for my specific needs?
Yes. Bespoke services can include tailored career planning, support, and development services based on artist needs and financial capacity. Contact support@incurator.io for details.
How much do the plans cost?

How secure is my payment information?
We use Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, to handle all payment transactions. Stripe uses advanced encryption and security protocols to ensure your payment information is processed and stored securely.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. We provide a simple, no-questions-asked cancellation link within each of our Services. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current subscription period. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties, which you are responsible for paying.
What is your refund policy?
We process refunds according to our Fair Refund policy. Please contact our Support team at support@incurator.io for assistance with refunds.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
When upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, we will charge your card immediately and your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade. For other plan changes, the new rate starts from the next billing cycle.
How often can prices change?
We may change the fees for our Services at any time. When we do, we will provide at least 30 days notice of the change via the email address on record for your account and/or a notice on our site.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not offer free trials for our paid plans. However, we provide a free plan that allows you to explore our Services before upgrading to a paid plan.
