Incurator helps you develop your music and career. Use Artist DNA and the tools in your plan to organize your music, goals, and release plans. Our team picks artists to work with Music Mentors, and can partner with selected artists on a release.

The Music Funnel is how our team selects artists for development. We look at your music, progress, and creative fit, then seek a Music Mentor for artists we select. Some projects may lead to release partnerships. Selection is not guaranteed.

Music Mentors are experienced producers, songwriters, engineers, and music business leaders. Our team gets to know your music first, then looks for a Music Mentor to work with you if you’re selected.

Pro is coming soon, with Music Mentor sessions planned outside the Music Funnel. Details, frequency, and availability are still to be confirmed. Join the Pro waitlist for updates.

Artists on every plan can be considered for the Music Funnel. Working with a mentor comes through selection, so a subscription on its own doesn’t include one.

Free includes Artist DNA, limited resources, and ads. You can use these without being selected for development. Artists on every plan can be considered for the Music Funnel.

Selected projects may get help with production, funding, marketing, or distribution. We agree on the support and deal terms for each project. Tell us what you need at support@incurator.io.

You can start free. See Pricing for Free, Hobby, Club, and the planned Pro offer. If we partner on development or a release, we agree those terms separately from your subscription.

We use Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, to handle all payment transactions. Stripe uses advanced encryption and security protocols to ensure your payment information is processed and stored securely.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. We provide a simple, no-questions-asked cancellation link within each of our Services. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current subscription period. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as specified on our website. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties, which you are responsible for paying.

We process refunds according to our Fair Refund policy. Please contact our Support team at support@incurator.io for assistance with refunds.

When upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, we will charge your card immediately and your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade. For other plan changes, the new rate starts from the next billing cycle.

We may change the fees for our Services at any time. When we do, we will provide at least 30 days notice of the change via the email address on record for your account and/or a notice on our site.

We do not offer free trials for our paid plans. However, we provide a free plan that allows you to explore our Services before upgrading to a paid plan.
