Jaime is based in Monterrey, Mexico, an emerging hub for alternative music that has quickly become a major market.

He has worked in recording engineering for more than 35 years, at least 20 of them specializing in mastering, and the last 3 years in Dolby Atmos mixing. He has worked at studios such as Zafra Records, Audio Creativo, CUE Audio, CMG Estudios, Master Productions, and La Mansión Recording.

For approximately 20 years he has operated his own studio, 0VU Mastering, located at Victoria Records in Monterrey.
